Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup whole moong dal spouts
  • 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander (optional)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a big bowl and add sprouts in it.
  • Then, add the chopped vegetables.
  • After that, sprinkle lemon juice and mix.
  • Add chaat masala and salt.

Notes

Masala sprouts/Sprouts salad is a healthy option for diabetic people or people in the journey of weight loss 😃. You can add cucumber, carrot, corn etc. as well to enhance the flavour.
